GLBF goes all out for the entire marine industry

The Great Lakes Boating Federation is heading to a federal appeals court to protect recreational boaters across the country and the nation’s beleaguered boating industry. The U.S. District Court in the Northern District of California recently vacated 40 C.F.R. § 122.3(a)., a U.S. EPA regulation that exempted incidental discharges from vessels from being regulated by U.S. EPA’s pollution permit (NPDES) program.
